About

With the state of the world, mental health is at an all-time low and we are all experiencing collective trauma. I take climate, pandemic, economic, political, societal, and cultural problems into account, on top of personal issues. My goal has always been to help those with trauma, personality disorders, and depression/anxiety by diving into the unconscious, cultivating self-awareness, and creating practical solutions. My clients are diverse and range from 13-65+ yrs old.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and well-rounded. I believe a main factor in mental health issues is the natural human reaction to a society which makes us sick. My focus includes the psychology of capitalism, complex trauma, eco-anxiety, non-dogmatic spirituality, and psychedelic therapy.

I treat my clients with unconditional positive regard, empathy, validation, acceptance, care and authenticity. My office is a judgement-free zone and I strive for inclusivity. Please feel free to reach out if you need mental health support.
