I provide professional counseling services to individuals and couples in the state of Maryland. I am passionate about my work and specialize in three areas: working with women 40 years of age and over struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship distress, past trauma and major life changes working with busy professionals of all ages trying to balance career, family, community and social demands, and working with couples on the brink of separation and/ or divorce. I focus on these areas because of professional training and personal life experiences. I have successfully navigated some of the same challenges that you are experiencing. I believe emotional healing and mental wellness takes strategic work but does not have to take forever. My goal is to help you find solutions rather than dwelling on past mistakes and missed opportunities. I utilize Evidenced- Based Individual and Couples Counseling Interventions.
