About

My ideal clients are couples who are struggling with inability to resolve conflict on their own. Whether it's a new season of life, roles are changing, parenting difficulties, infidelity, or more, I am well equipped and trained as a Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate to help you work through your issues as a team. If I'm working with you as an individual, I am well versed in issues such as addiction, autism, adhd, trauma, depression, family/relationship conflict, and more. Ultimately, my ideal clients are coming to therapy to grow, to be challenged, and to actually enjoy the process along the way.

You can count on a therapist-client relationship that is unique, fun, vulnerable, and challenging. I specialize in addressing issues systemically-meaning that I treat your issue through understanding the context that it exists in. We are all made up of the relationships and systems we are a part of, your experience in therapy should reflect that!

If you're a couple, I make it a top priority for each person's perspective and experience to be equally welcomed. I can take on the role of validator, translator, supporter, or challenger depending on the context! For anyone considering reaching out to me, I will greet you with warmth and open ears. I look forward to asking: "What brings you here today?"
