About

I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and couples who are going though life transitions. I also have experince supporting individuals in need of sports psychology and sports preformance issues. I focus on inner development, relationship connection, and the importance of social, racial, and cultural identity. I know life can be hard. It takes courage and vulnerability to meet the challenge. As a therapist, I want to create a space that validates your experience and empowers your best self. Like all things in life that are worth it, therapy should be humorous, challenging, fulfilling, and full of discovery. View 4 Photos

My systemic approach focuses on exploring all the parts, both inside and outside yourself, that make up your unique experience. Once we understand all the influences in your life, then we can move towards healing and change. My undergraduate degree is in Human Development and Family Studies from the UNR, and my Masters in Couples and Family Therapy from UNLV

I was born and raised in Northern Nevada. Outside of therapy you can find me spending time with my family, watching sports, laughing with friends, and air drumming to a random song in my head.
