I help my clients identify goals and uncover barriers and self-limiting beliefs that stand in the way of healing. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP), to provide skills and tools for my clients to improve their symptoms.
