If you are dealing with depression, trauma, anxiety or just life's stressors, I am here to help! My name is Tricia L. Speller. I received a Master’s of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors. I am a Nationally Certified Trauma Focused CBT (TFCBT) therapist. I do not give advice. Instead, I believe that together, we can process those things that impact you. In doing so, I can help you find and use the necessary tools for YOU to determine what is best for YOU. I work primarily from a person-centered prospective, but consider my approach to be integrative. During the course of treatment, I will utilize several evidence-based techniques and strategies that I believe may be helpful. I also utilize homework assignments to allow you to continue to work outside our sessions. During our sessions, you can expect to be in a judgment free environment. You can also rest assured that our sessions are not masked in a bunch of clinical jargon. My goal is to assist you in finding the answers that help gain insight and instill a sense of hope. I believe we can do this in a manner that meets you where you are.
