As I am expanding my practice, I currently have same or next week openings. My specialities include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, identity and meaning, faith/spirituality and family/relational concerns for ages elementary school to adult. Working together, I walk alongside you, supporting your process whether being present during difficult times or to help with change, insight and skills. I have an empathic and honest approach. I am honored to work with you as you share your story and might feel ambivalent about counseling, maybe coming for the first time, or are highly motivated for support. Insight regarding the meaning behind feelings, thoughts or actions helps you understand what is below the surface. I am also trained in family systems which focuses on family, relational, and cultural experiences. My hope is to meet you where you are, support your needs and empower you through validating, making meaning, gaining insight and decision making. I help you understand your options and choices and respect that you are the one who live in those decisions. I am humble that there are no easy answers but hope to help you in your journey.
