About

I welcome clients of all ages, experiences, and backgrounds. Diversity, equity, cultural humility, and empathy are foundational to my work. Seeking therapy can be scary and talking about the hard stuff requires vulnerability and bravery. I'm here to support you on your journey to self-discovery, personal growth, and empowerment through a client centered, strength based, trauma informed, nurturing approach.

My interests include human development, trauma recovery, and attachment theory. My approach is eclectic as I utilize different approaches including cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and suicide prevention.

Discovering the path to healing, personal growth, recognizing our strengths, and navigating the challenges of the world empowers us to evolve into the best versions of ourselves. It is my honor to walk alongside each person in their healing journey, fostering growth and well-being.
