Take a deep breath, you did it! You're probably here because at some point, you felt anxious, depressed, or simply just stressed out. Navigating through the chaos and uncertaintity that life brings can be intimidating and even lonely at times. As your counselor, my goal is to create a partnership with you that allows you to feel safe and supported while confronting these challenges. Today marks the first day in a new journey and I am excited to be taking those first steps with you. I provide individual therapy that is tailored to fit your current needs. I have experience in working with clients who are dealing with a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, and substance use. My top priority is to provide you with a warm and nonjudgmental environment that will increase comfortability and promote growth. You have come so far and yet this is only the beginning!
