About

Would you believe me if I told you that every tear, every doubt, and every sleepless night you have encountered could be the catalyst to transformation in your life? My Christian-based practice aims to encourage, uplift, and inspire you to overcome life’s challenges with the guidance of faith. While my door is open to anyone, I specialize in working with women. I know firsthand the relationship struggles, battles with worth and self-esteem, discrimination, and inner self-criticism that can occur. Through it all, I will encourage you to find hope despite struggles yet welcome the raw emotions that come with life’s ups and downs.

Through utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy as well as being led by God’s spirit, I have witnessed substantial changes in the lives of those I have counseled. My goal is to cultivate a warm and inviting environment so that you can feel that the therapeutic session is a safe space.

If you are ready to live your best life purposefully, schedule a free 15-minute consultation with me. Taking the first step to changing your life is not always easy, but remember, seasons change, and beauty can be made for ashes.
