About

I am passionate about helping those who are heartbroken find healing, helping the grieving find comfort, and witnessing joy. I love helping teens navigate challenges like academic and sports performance stress, anxiety, feelings of purposelessness, insecurity, low self-esteem, body image issues, educational or career decisions, perfectionism, conflict with parents, feelings of isolation or shame, and peer pressure. If you find yourself here, walking alongside you as you courageously face these challenges would be an honor. My goal is to create a safe place for you to be heard, feel seen, and find freedom to live wholeheartedly. View 5 Photos

My passion for counseling began in 2011 when I experienced firsthand how therapy can profoundly impact an individual and a family. I then began pursuing my education by obtaining a four-year certificate in Christian Ministry and Leadership from the International House of Prayer University in Missouri.

I later attended Oral Roberts University in Oklahoma, where I completed a Master's Degree in licensed professional counseling. I am pursuing a PhD in Counseling and Psychology from Regent University in Virginia to develop further expertise in Biblical Counseling and intend to research the impacts of prayer on mental health.
