In my 39 years in private practice I have been witness to the profound changes that can occur in my work with committed individuals, couples and families. I believe therapy is an effective method to stop the downward progression of impaired life patterns and set folks on the path to improved communication and problem solving, enhanced life strategies and new found emotional strength. I focus treatment to your specific issues using methods and techniques that capitalize on your strengths and compliment your unique personality. I am certified in the use of EMDR therapy for those suffering with Post Trauma and others.
