I enjoy working with people who want to understand themselves in a deeper way, who want to uncover and heal the patterns of behavior that have kept them from living their dreams. Depression. Anxiety. Trauma. The Shadow of Our Sexual Self. These things can limit how we perceive ourselves and can cause us to run unconscious, unwanted sabotage programs. I use a modified cognitive approach mixed with hypnotherapy and complimentary alternative modalities to explore the inner you. Deaf and hard-of-hearing people and their families are welcome; services are available in American Sign Language.
