Have you been thinking that maybe it would be easier if you just weren't here anymore? It's awful, isn't it? Well, if you are going through hell... keep going. You made it this far. And even though it may seem like things will never get better, I'm here to listen, validate, and help you find a way out. First of all, you're not crazy. Maybe you are struggling with addiction or you experienced a traumatic event. Perhaps an unhealthy relationship has left you feeling broken but yearning to reconnect. You might even be depressed or anxious for no particular reason. Together, we'll identify goals and a plan to help you grow into happiness and potential.
