I changed my career late in life because I wanted to walk with people through life's challenges. I enjoy helping people navigate a broken relationship, addiction, trauma, depression and anxiety. Married 45 years, I enjoy seeing a couple build something new and wonderful in their relationship. I know it can happen, it happened to me. As an SRT (Sexual Recovery Therapist) I work with all kinds of sexual issues. Porn and Sex Addiction are prevalent and I have developed a protocol to work with people struggling in this area. I am also a certified EMDR trauma therapist. EMDR is simply the most powerful tool we have to help those struggling with trauma or PTSD. I went back and got a master's degree because I decided I wanted to help people. Don't go it alone, help is a call away.
