About

“We don't have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.” Brene Brown. We all have life experiences that impact how we show up for ourselves and others. These experiences impact our emotions, health, and you might notice how things just don't seem to work together anymore. I believe I can partner with you to navigate and work through your experiences to build a genuine life and space for yourself. You are the expert on your experiences and my goal is to guide you through healing to create security, stability, and growth.

All people have their own story, goals, and asking for help can be overwhelming but I hope to partner with you. The complexities of life with or without anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD impact how we all interact with the world. I work as a trauma informed and integrative counselor who will partner with you exploring ways to heal in a safe place .

If you are struggling and unsure how to make things fit take the chance and reach out. You can expect compassion, non-judgement, and safety while creating change. Life is meant to be lived how you create it. While you find the strength to ask for help I will provide the space to collaborate and encourage you toward your goals.
