I'm a licensed master social worker, psychotherapist, high conflict divorce coach, parenting coordinator and divorce/family mediator, with 25+ years of experience. I have trained at Columbia University School of Social Work , The International Trauma Studies Program, The Center for Mediation and Training and The High Conflict Divorce Coach Program. With a holistic, psychosocial approach, I utilize an attentive, reflective, and interactive therapeutic process enabling clients to gain deeper self-awareness, insight and strategy. I offer high conflict divorce consulting for protective parents navigating divorce and post separation coercive control. I also offer mediation and parenting coordination for couples who prefer a non-adversarial, cost-effective, and self-determining process in facilitating stressful life events like separation, divorce and high conflict coparenting.
