As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in a small rural community, I provide compassionate and comprehensive mental health support to individuals, couples, and families. My practice is dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges, whether they’re facing emotional difficulties, relationship issues, or significant life transitions. With experience across a diverse range of specialties, I am committed to creating a safe and welcoming space where clients of all ages and backgrounds can feel heard and supported. I work with a broad spectrum of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and marital concerns. My therapeutic approach is flexible and client-centered, drawing from various modalities such as EMDR, Attachment The, and Narrative Therapy to best suit the needs of each person. I know how important the client-therapist bond is and I go out of my way to connect early with my clients. It takes courage to start therapy and I honor that effort. I am accepting new clients.
