I am a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker Nationally Certified in the Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) Model. Apollo is my sidekick, has been certified by Dog Training Elite as a Certified Therapy Dog, and joins in on sessions. I have extensive training and experience working with the youth and adolescent populations, both as a mental health provider and as a high school sports coach, with a focus providing mood disorder and trauma focused treatment. I also work with some young adults who have experienced childhood traumas and or are experiencing a time of personal transition with associated symptoms. I pride myself on being able to quickly build rapport and establish a safe space for my clients to process their thoughts while untangling and appropriately identifying heavier feelings.
