About

Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression, loss, oppression, life transitions, capitalism, difficult relationships, or existential thoughts. I can help you explore your inner world, navigate the challenges in your life, and learn skills and tools to help you move through your life with more grounded ease and joy. Let’s make positive changes together that enable you to feel more nourished and alive each day.

I generally work with folks looking for more authenticity in their own lives. I often find myself using behavioral activation, active listening, dbt skills, psychodynamic therapy, thought records, and somatic and breath based techniques to soothe the nervous system and find security and safety in any situation.

I’d love to hear from you about what you are looking for support with. I also have a pretty laid back approach and think it’s important to find ways to laugh together even during tough times. Please send a message to ask about my availability and include the type of health insurance in your message if you are looking to use health insurance.
