View 6 Photos As a trauma therapist my work integrates trauma informed Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Flash technique (both evidence based) mindfulness skills, and each of these therapeutic methods incorporate anxiety management skills. To work with individuals to be able to live in the here & now and to incorporate living the best life you deserve. I have a passion for working with survivors of childhood, domestic, sexual abuse. Also, for working with those who have attempted suicide and/or have suicide ideation and self-injury. The definition of hope-a desire accompanied by expectation of or belief in fulfillment.
