About

Emotional and behavioral challenges in childhood and adolescence affects the child and rest of the family unit as well. Caregivers often find themselves heartbroken while they watch their child struggle through issues they wish they could take away, and if the child is acting out behaviorally, it is common for caregivers to even feel hurt and confused. I offer therapy services for children ages 3 and up, as well as adults and families for the diagnosis and treatment of emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns, as well as offer support services and psychoeducation to their caregivers and other family members.

I specialize in child & adolescent counseling and working with trauma and anxiety. I primarily use Play Therapy, Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neuroscience, and Polyvagal Theory strategies, and an integrated neuropsychological model in my work with clients and families, though I also use Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral techniques as well.

I put my whole heart in what I do and work diligently with my clients (and families) in effort to provide the best possible care tailored around each client's needs, strengths, and help thrive and feel empowered to create change. I also offer consultation to schools and other child and family-oriented agencies, as well as provide psychoeducational workshops.
