Choosing a therapist can be a frightening and overwhelming task. For therapy to be most effective, it is important to find someone you can connect too and feel comfortable with to process life’s most challenging struggles. I have 10 years post graduate social work experience. I enjoy working with adults struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, boundary setting, gender identity, grief, and relationship issues for traditional and non-traditional relationships. I am an interactive therapist who offers her clients encouragement, feedback, and non-judgmental insight who appropriately brings humor into our conversations. I aim my clinical approach to meet you where you are at, while we cooperatively work together to maximize skills and learn how to manage life on life's terms. I utilize various therapeutic modalities in my practice. I apply Relational Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Self-Compassion & Forgiveness Based Treatment. I have great respect and passion for the work I do, and truly care for those who choose to enter into therapy. My practice is built on privacy, respect and trust, but most importantly, focuses on hope and change. It is my hope that in doing so we will achieve your goals together and your experience in therapy will be a positive one.
