I use a variety of techniques and modalities and tailor them to your unique needs. Examples may include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) techniques to help you identify any negative thought patterns standing in the way of your own happiness, meditation/relaxation techniques, as well as more creative approaches such as art, journaling, and health/wellness. I have over 15 years of clinical experience treating individuals, families, and couples. Areas of special interest include anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, life transitions, personal growth, parenting challenges, and relationships.
