Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Every moment that we've been alive, we've been gathering all of the information needed to live with peace from painful past experiences and to create a meaningful present life. What stands in the way is an inability to access that information without support. That's where therapy can help. Searching for, and finding the right therapist can be intimidating. Consider this, the search itself tells you that you're using your ability to take charge of finding the support you need. That's empowerment. Searching also means you know you want and need to make changes in your life. That's hope. Empowerment and hope are all you need to start. I understand the complexities of trauma, anxiety and depression that are attached to your painful experiences and keep showing up in your present life. I'm committed to providing you safety, compassion, patience, and the skills I have learned. I use a multi-method approach with clients including; EMDR, Somatic, IFS, MNRI and Experiential Therapy techniques. We can explore each of these methods to discover which ones are right for you. Together, you and I can unlock the information you already possess to heal, to live and to plan for the life you are meant to live.
