About

I consider my style to be a delicate balance of easy-going and down-to-business. I help create an inviting and open atmosphere, so together we can unpack what is happening in your relationships and with yourself. I work with children and adults that have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and identity concerns. My goal is to ensure that you have the best support you can get, wherever that may be. I invite you to reach out to me to schedule an initial consultation call, and to see how I can best support you as you walk down your path of curiosity and healing. You've already taken the first step.

My experience and areas of interest include addressing the impact of developmental trauma on relationships, sexual health, and LGBTQIA+ identity development and growth. I am an EMDR trained therapist and incorporate mindfulness and body movement into therapy. I help clients with PTSD, trauma, sexual abuse/assault, and community violence.

I want you to know that acknowledging your struggles and reaching out for more support is a sign of tremendous strength. It may be your pattern to deal with issues by yourself and its possible to stay stuck in this pattern for years or even decades. Give yourself the opportunity to try something new.
