About

Are you beating yourself up with negative thoughts and feelings? Finding fault with yourself may be the only way you know how to deal with stress and anxiety, but together, we’ll find alternative ways of thinking that honor your strengths and capabilities. My work focuses on helping clients break the cycle of unhelpful thought patterns, while giving them tools to work through trauma and difficult life situations. I work with adolescents and adults struggling with various mental health issues, including perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, grief, trauma, relationship/family issues, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, etc.

I use a combination of cognitive behavioral, narrative, and acceptance & commitment therapies as well as mindfulness techniques to help individuals uncover their strengths and discover new, healthier ways of thinking. My focus is on empowering clients to see themselves as experts in their own lives and guiding them to their own solutions.

I use compassion and acceptance as a platform to help clients build their own success stories. I welcome clients to explore how physical, emotional, social, and spiritual factors affect overall wellness, and use a variety of techniques to help them achieve greater peace, calm, and present-mindedness.
