Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Reaching out to a therapist is a courageous and healthy way of taking care of yourself. Perhaps you’re here because of a loss or trauma, a life transition, or a relationship challenge. Or maybe it’s a feeling of stuckness or pain, or a sense of fear or shame that prevents you from expressing important parts of yourself. Whatever it is that brings you to therapy, I am confident that working through your suffering within the safety of a trusting relationship can give you relief and help you live more authentically. My approach is warm and interactive. Therapy is a space where you can explore all aspects of yourself, recognizing that the sources of your distress can be complex and often outside of your immediate awareness. This can bring healing to past wounds and help you move forward with self-compassion, understanding, and intention, rather than reaction and habit. I feel truly honored to be able to help people develop more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others and create joy and meaning in their lives. I would love to connect with you to see if we would be a good fit! Please feel free to reach out to discuss working together.
