Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Welcome! Initiating therapy can be overwhelming. Now that you are looking to take that first step, I look forward to speaking with you to see if this is the right fit. I predominantly work with millennial professionals, new parents and adolescents dealing with life transitions/ disruptions, stress, and burnout. Anxiety and depression can be difficult to manage, but with the right tools, you can feel more in control of the obstacles that come your way. Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we will examine the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and target irrational thoughts in order to change maladaptive behaviors and improve your mood. The goal is for you to feel empowered so you can confidently manage your issues through tangible skills learned in therapy. I am here to meet you where you are at. I believe that the client/therapist relationship is one of the most important aspects of the therapeutic process. I hope to be able to help you gain insight, build on your strengths, and develop better coping strategies so that you can experience more balance in your daily life.
