I am a licensed clinical social worker in the State of Maryland. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults using multiple techniques that are individually based on the client's needs. I am a graduate of Morgan State University and University of Maryland School of Social Work. I have been providing professional clinical services for over 30 years. I have experience in the areas of child and adolescent behavior and adolescent and adult mental health. I have worked in residential programs, outpatient mental health programs and the educational forum working with students in all grade areas. In addition to traditional methods of treatment, such as, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, I have had extensive training in play therapy, mindfulness and holistic methods of therapy. I customize the treatment needs of clients depending upon their individualized needs. I view the therapy process as a team approach, engaging the client as a partner in the process.
