I’m eclectic, psychodynamic, and my work/life are informed by values embedded in afrofuturism, postmodernism, intersectional feminism, dadaism, and queer theory. i employ ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR & MI as part of a narrative exploration of identity: who are you to you, yr loved ones, the world? I am curious and weird and i work hard to be a safe person so you can be the same with me! let’s celebrate what feels good in yr life and work together to identify, challenge, and break patterns that no longer serve you.
