Hello all, I'm so glad you're here! Beginning to make change for yourself is a big step and I'm excited to be with you every step of the way. I am currently practicing out of Aspire Counseling Services in Princeton, WV, and see folks of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, and all other walks of life! I am currently certified for generalist practice and am beginning with clients to perform TF-CBT and Brainspotting, as well as utilizing play therapy with my younger clients. I recognize that opening up is scary, and building trust is even harder.
