About

Currently accepting new clients! My practice is focused on children ages 3-12 and their parents who are seeking support with co-regulation. I enjoy working closely with caregivers who are interested in building skills while also reflecting on their life experiences. I find art, play, and other creative forms of expression helpful to use in this space together. I also work with teens and adults who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, stress, and peer relationships. I believe therapy is a collaborative experience which allows us to discover and implement methods of healing that extend beyond our sessions.

I like to use an attachment and systems lens to explore the way clients experience relationships. I am here as a resource for you to share your struggles and victories, along with exploring skills and support systems. My background includes years of working with justice-involved families, crisis support, children, young adults, and parents/caregivers.

Each of us have stories and experiences that shape a piece of us. I recognize that therapy can enter into uncomfortable territory, so I want to emphasize this is a non-judgmental space for you to share at your own pace. Please give me a call if you’re interested in working together or have any questions!
