Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Deciding to start therapy can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. My goal is to make the process feel approachable, safe and welcoming. I am dedicated to meeting you where you are in the therapy process to cultivate a safe and trusting relationship between us so you can achieve your goals at your own pace. While I pull from several different therapeutic models, my core is client centered and strengths based. I strive to make sure my clients feel comfortable being themselves while receiving therapy. I have experience supporting people with a variety of concerns including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, sense of self, substance use, grief and loss, relationship struggles, family struggles, adjustment to life transitions, identity, and goal setting. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally sensitive therapy services. My name is Sia; I am a licensed master social worker (LMSW) with a clinical specialty and over 12 years of experience. I work with individuals 16 and older, couples/relationships, and families. If it seems like I might be the right therapist for you, please reach out to schedule an appointment. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
