About

Do you have problems coping with the stresses of everyday life? Do you struggle with maintaining important relationships? Do you feel like you are your own worst enemy? I would like to help. Using various assessment and therapy techniques, you and I can work together to find out which obstacles are standing in the way of your success and happiness. Then we will set concrete goals and formulate a plan for change. At all times, however, you will find my therapy to be positive and affirming. Even the most reserved of clients find me genuine and easy to talk to.

I utilize several approaches in order to individualize treatment for each client's current situation. In CBT, we explore your thought processes and how they influence your emotions. Expressive therapy techniques can help you express feelings more fully. And mindfulness techniques will help you achieve a sense of inner quiet.

I especially enjoy working with individuals who struggle with hoarding, clients with high-functioning autism, and first- and second- generation immigrants. Se habla Espanol! Remember: My goal as a therapist is to help you find your own potential for change and growth. Please visit my website to learn more.
