I believe that each of my clients deserves to be protected, valued, and provided with all the necessary support to become the people they strive to be. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and EMDR Certified Therapist. I earned a Master's in Social Work from the University of Denver. I specialize in working with those who have experienced childhood or adulthood trauma, high-risk youth, women, older adults ages 55 and up, and families who are caregivers to older adults. I serve individuals in the North Carolina, Missouri, Colorado, and Illinois areas. I support clients during many stages of life. These stages can include gaining clarity on life purpose, building motivation, creating a self-care routine, improving communication skills, overcoming grief after a significant loss, and managing everyday life stressors. My focus is to help you gain the tools that you need to improve your quality of life.
