Life can be difficult. We become laden, maybe overwhelmed with loss, trauma, anxiety, and depression without anywhere to discuss our feelings or our pain. My office is a serene environment whereby we can explore together those thoughts, feelings, and symptoms that cause a sense of being lost or alone, a place where someone will listen to you without fear of criticism or judgment. When you are ready, we can discuss interventions for your difficulties and symptoms so that you can continue on your journey, stronger and healthier. As a licensed clinical professional counselor with a pastoral ministry background, I am keenly aware of how our spiritual life influences and impacts our daily lives. I will honor your spiritual framework, and together, we will explore how your faith and work impact your environment, and we will work together towards your therapeutic goals. I offer compassion and empathy to explore a variety of issues. I encourage you to reach out to me if you have experienced grief and loss, trauma, depression, relationship issues, or a sudden need to transition, especially if a church or religion has hurt you in the past.
