About

Challenges are what makes life interesting; Overcoming them is what makes life meaningful". Joshua- J. Marine. You may be experiencing challenges that may have reshaped your view on yourself, others, and the world around you. You may be unaware of the answers that lie within you to those issues. I'll warmly support you in exploring your internal world by using a blend of humor and intuition in helping you discover those answers inside of you so you can overcome your life’s obstacles.

I specialize in PTSD related to Domestic Violence, Survivors of Sexual Abuse, Childhood Abuse, Multigenerational Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship/Familial Issues & Strained Parental Relationships. I utilized tenets from Compassion Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

I believe there's still a life to live beyond the struggles you're going through currently and what you've gone through in the past. My goal is to cultivate an environment that fosters compassion and self awareness so you can become more aware of the barriers to the life that you have envisioned for yourself.
