The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are - Carl Jung… This quote has been my guiding inspiration on my own journey and in my work with others. It can be so easy to lose yourself in the day to day endeavor of living. This can be particularly true for those who have suffered with a history of trauma. Fortunately, within a trusting therapeutic relationship, it is possible to find yourself and become the person you truly are. I have witnessed this happen again and again. I take a holistic approach utilizing "deep dive" modalities for internal exploration as well as having practical tools to help you show up in the world more effectively. Depending on your needs we may enhance talk therapy with EMDR, IFS, Clinical Hypnosis, Ketamine Therapy, DBT, Myers Briggs, ADHD coaching, and/or Expressive Arts Therapy.
