As a therapist, the connection between my client and me is central to the process. By fostering a safe and deep relationship, we can explore both immediate and historical issues that are causing suffering and pain. We will use a combination of mind, body and emotional understanding to explore the layers of the self. With increased insight and awareness, you will feel a greater sense of well being and satisfaction in all areas of your life. My therapeutic approach uses both breath work and yoga therapy to help decrease reactivity, increase emotional understanding and develop a bigger "tool box" of coping skills for managing stress, anxiety and depression. Whatever your issue, worry or concern, our connection will help you to understand yourself and make the necessary changes in your life. My combination of mind and body awareness works well for many issues, particularly anxiety, depression and eating disorders. I work with individual adults, couples and teenagers to develop a stronger, more stable sense of self, whether you are in an immediate crisis or want to improve your overall well-being and satisfaction.
