Look at yourself, taking the first step toward growth and healing! I understand how difficult it was to ask for help, but you did. Developing a solid therapeutic relationship is critical to your growth and healing process. I believe in meeting the client where they are and supporting them on their healing journey. I provide a safe and accepting environment for all persons, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, or orientation. I work with people of various ages, from 5 to adults, who are dealing with emotional stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, and certain types of trauma I utilizes evidence-based strategies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, exposure response prevention (ERP), and play therapy. I will additionally incorporate trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I have employed ERP with persons diagnosed with hoarding disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. My goal is to help people with stress management, work-life balance, self-esteem, healthy boundary setting, impulse control, anger management, and developing a more specific sense of purpose. I look forward to hearing from you!
