Sexuality is a complex, personal, and social experience. Many of us were raised with secrecy, silence, and shame. This often results in unsatisfactory or unhealthy sexual and emotional relationships. Many people today are struggling with sexuality and sex with their partners. We often don't know how to communicate about our wants, needs, desires, and boundaries. We may feel lonely, isolated, or misunderstood. There may be resentment or hurt in your relationships. Let's work together to heal the wounds and have a healthier, happier sexual life. As a clinician with 10 years experience, I have worked with couples and individuals who are struggling sexually or relationally. I have experience in sexual dysfunction, sexual communication, sexual negotiation, self-advocacy, Family-of-Origin historical work, CNM/non-traditional relationships/families, anxiety, gender, life transitions, and relationships. Together, we will create a safe space to explore and grow in your sexual and emotional relationships. I am educated and affirming of kink and non-monogamy. Black Lives Matter.
