About

My goal is to help you feel more alive, more like your true self, and more present for the life you lead. Are you confronting a challenge in the life you have created? Are you noticing a call into another way of living? Therapy is a weekly practice where you voice your thoughts, emotions, wishes, hopes, hopes, dreams, fears, anger, frustration, irritation and so much more. View 4 Photos

I specialize in issues with substance use, trauma, and working with makers, builders, and creatives. I am trauma informed and work with clients as they integrate trauma and navigate the process of understanding the extent to which past trauma shows up in their daily life.

I believe that growing compassionate and courageous self-awareness is the key to creating the life we truly want and deserve. Please reach out if you are looking for support. Therapy is a time for you! Living an authentic, creative, and curious life is absolutely possible.
