Carl Jung once said: "Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes." Coming to therapy is an act of courage in itself and a testament to awakening your heart as a compass. Working together in a safe environment of acceptance and empathic dialogue, we will navigate struggles, develop healthy coping skills, and outline strategies that create hope and healing in the short term and generate meaningful, lasting change in the long term. I work with people of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, and races, on issues with relationships, loss, mood, anxiety, and personality disorders. I have experience in a variety of mental health arenas, where I've developed a focus on trauma and relational dynamics. I'm a Gottman-trained couples therapist and have an extensive group therapy background. Through both a psychodynamic perspective and cognitive behavioral approach, my goal is to help you target your source of suffering, initiate breakthroughs and step into your true potential.
