My approach is client-focused and strength-based, and I’m dedicated to supporting clients as they navigate life changes and trauma. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from age 8 and up, and have experience with adolescent/college-aged individuals, anxiety, depression, parent/child intervention, life transitions, trauma, family therapy, grief/loss/bereavement. I utilize a variety of modalities, including Psychotherapy, CBT/TF-CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Talk/Play Therapy to address a wide range of needs. My focus is on trauma-informed, person-centered techniques ensuring that therapy is tailored, collaborative, and unique to each client. Connecting with people in meaningful ways is my passion. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I would be honored to accompany you on your journey towards progress, not perfection.
