About

Are you feeling stressed, stuck, &/or overwhelmed ? Are you trying to find clarity, balance, &/or a sense of purpose? I specialize in supporting teens, college students, & young adults, particularly those from LGBTQ+, BIPOC & Neurodivergent communities, who are facing anxieties, exploring identity, or the effects of past/current trauma. I also work with couples, including those in polyamorous relationships & exploring kink dynamics, helping them communicate better & deepen their connections. Let’s explore this journey together where authenticity, autonomy & alignment are central to your healing.

My approach is holistic & integrative, meaning I blend different approaches to therapy, including methods that explore deep feelings and experiences, techniques to help you commit to your values and goals, and creative ways to express yourself. My work is also based on understanding how your relationships and personal energy impact your life.

I know firsthand the complexities of identity, belonging, and finding your true self. In our sessions, I aim to create a warm and compassionate space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll work on uncovering your strengths, fostering self-acceptance, & building a life that feels authentic to you. Email me let’s begin.
