Hello, I'm Sascha, Take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the field of Mental Health for 10+ years. I have worked in many settings including county-based services, non-profit mental health, foster care, and schools. I believe that everyone knows what's best for them and what they really want, but sometimes we just get...stuck. My favorite part of my work is having the opportunity to help clients identify what is causing them to struggle and then come up with ideas for navigating life's challenges.
