About

Deciding it is time to seek a therapist is a courageous act of self- love. Maybe you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed with life’s transitions or losses. Maybe you want to understand past trauma or the impact of your attachment style on your current relationships. Whatever brings you here, we will identify your goals, needs and strengths to help you deepen your self-understanding and heal. As a Traveling Therapist, my practice is currently fully remote. I also offer mentorship for those who wish to pursue the “Digital Nomad” life.

My specialties include: trauma, multicultural psychology, depression, anxiety and mindfulness. My training is comprehensive and includes psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and Acceptance And Commitment Therapy (ACT). As an Arab-American who grew up in Lebanon, I have special interest in helping clients navigate bicultural identities and intergenerational trauma.

My approach is collaborative, warm and empathic. I create a safe space where we can connect on an authentic level to help you understand your feelings and how they relate to personal, familial and cultural narratives. With this understanding, you gain freedom in how you wish to navigate the world. I look forward to meeting you!
