About

Have you hit a sticky point? It happens! We hit them throughout our lives. From adolescence to adulthood. whether we are receiving care or giving it, we need to iron out the wrinkles now and again. As a teenager, you might be faced with tricky situations or struggle to have the types of relationships you want with family and friends. As an adult, the pressures of work, parenthood, or other caregiving might be triggering a lot of stress, anxiety, or depression. Or maybe you're heartbroken because it is your child who is struggling instead.

The good new is that you CAN become an active participant in your journey - at any age and any stage of life! Through supportive therapy, you can arm yourself with the skills to navigate your environments with clarity and insight. Through play therapy and parenting support, you and your child can learn valuable coping tools to navigate life's challenges.

I work with adults, young people, and families facing all sorts of hardships. In our sessions, you'll enter a healing space free of judgment. We will work together to help you draw on your own inner resources and better understand limiting patterns and beliefs, empowering you to create a life full of meaning and joy.
