About

We face struggles in life and through introspection, humor, and meaningful support, we persevere. From the development and focus on our individual strengths and resources, we gain the momentum to overcome. I will work in tandem with you; I will support you in recognizing your potential, and I will help you to understand and gradually overcome the adversities that you may face. It will be an honor to be your guide, assisting you in both setting and accomplishing your established goals.

My areas of expertise include working with adolescents and adults who present with challenges that may include anxiety, depression, life transitions, and struggles with self-worth. I am also skilled in family therapy work. I am committed to helping my clients increase their self-awareness, insight, and to develop healthy resources to better cope.

My approach is purposeful, collaborative, and authentic. I work hard to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with each client; I see the client-therapist relationship as the foundation of the change-making journey. I am warm, welcoming, genuine and validating. I am also direct and goal-focused.
